Welcome to the “Zuahaus” - vacation next to our farm
In 2022 we, Christina and Jakob, lovingly rebuilt our own home - the “Zuahaus” - with old wood from the 16th century and founded our small family with son Jakob Josef. The “Zuahaus” offers a special retreat for those seeking relaxation. Nestled in a picturesque landscape, surrounded by forests and mountains, the house combines authentic charm with a genuine feel-good atmosphere. Experience the fresh meadow and hay air and enjoy the spaciousness around our farm and the energy of the forest.
Jakob's parents have been running a vacation home for up to 50 people on our farm for 50 years. Hospitality has a long tradition in our family, which is clearly felt by our guests.
On the first floor there is a spacious vacation apartment with two bathrooms for up to 5 people and two cozy studios for 2 people each. Each accommodation unit promises peace and relaxation. A video-monitored ski room with ski boot heating and a washing machine for use for a fee are also available.
Our house is ideal for nature lovers: walks, hikes and bike tours start right outside the front door. Ski areas such as Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, Ski Juwel Alpbachtal - Wildschönau and the Zillertal can be reached in just 15 to 30 minutes, and there is a practice lift for beginners in the neighboring village of Angerberg. The nearby Reintalersee invites you to cool off in summer.

Our cozy, modern studio “Troadkammer” on the first floor offers you a comfortable double bed that can be converted into single beds, a TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with sink, oven, mobile induction hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower and WC. Free hand and shower towels and a hairdryer are provided; we are happy to change these on request.
The covered entrance to the studio invites you to relax in a garden chair in front of the house (east-facing) in any weather and enjoy the peace and space of the countryside around our house. Alternatively, you can switch to the south-facing terrace to enjoy the peace and space of the countryside around our house.
There is also plenty to discover on the farm: miniature horses Fini & Ilsa, Ina the farm dog, Max & Moritz the cats, and rabbits. Depending on the season, pigs, sheep, calves, and cattle complete this little paradise for animal lovers.
In bad weather or in the evenings, our communal games room is the perfect place to relax: play a game of table tennis or table football – we are happy to provide table tennis bats.
A washing machine is also available in our ski room for a fee.
In the winter months, breakfast is available on request (breakfast buffet - classic breakfast) in the neighboring establishment (youth hostel annex) or bread service on request.

The cosy, spacious "d'kloané Mühle" apartment on the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, capsule and filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, SodaStream and a selection of spices.
A double bedroom with TV and DVD player (beds can also be separated) ensures a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom has a spacious shower; hand and bath towels and a hairdryer are included, and can be changed on request. The toilet is separate.
The large living room offers plenty of space to relax, as well as a comfortable divan with a proper mattress and a flat-screen TV.
The connecting room “Dinkelzimmer” offers two single beds, a TV with DVD player, a rustic stone washbasin and a small, separate shower with WC. It has its own entrance to the outside.
Enjoy relaxing hours on the sunny terrace in the spacious garden. A sandpit, cosy fire pit and plenty of open space invite you to linger.
There is also plenty to discover on the farm: miniature horses Fini & Ilsa, farm dog Ina, cats, rabbits and – depending on the season – pigs, sheep, calves and cattle make a stay here particularly memorable for animal lovers.
For those who like to burn off energy, there is a football pitch with goals where athletes of all ages can play freely. A trampoline provides additional fun and exercise in the fresh air.
In bad weather or in the evening, our communal games room is the perfect place to relax: table tennis and table football guarantee hours of fun – table tennis bats and a small selection of board games can be found in the apartment.
