Floodes by rays of sunshine is our kitchen - especially in the evening. Two balconies offer a view of the mountains and garden. In the apartment are two bedrooms for up to 3 people each, a small single room, two bathrooms with shower / toilet and our large kitchen-living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Crockery, cutlery and pots are of course also on site. If you would like fresh bread or our own farm products for your breakfast, this is of course possible. 

You are 5 minutes by car from the skiing and hiking area "Elfer", 10 minutes by car from the skiing and hiking area "Schlick 2000" and 20 minutes by car from the "Stubai Glacier". And it is a 2-minute walk to the next bus stop.

In der Ferienwohnung sind ein großes Schlafzimmer (für bis zu 3 Personen), ein Bad mit Dusche/WC und die große Wohnküche. In der Küche findet ihr eine volle Ausstattung mit Geschirrspüler, Herdplatte, Backrohr, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine sowie Wasserkocher. Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfe sind natürlich auch vor Ort. Wenn ihr gerne frische Brötchen oder unsere hofeigenen Produkte für euer Frühstück möchtet, ist das selbstverständlich möglich.

Wir haben vier Schi- und Wandergebiete in wenigen Minuten erreichbar: "Elferlift" - 5 Autominuten, "Schlick 2000" - 10 Autominuten, "Serlesbahnen" - 10 Autominuten, "Stubaier Gletscher" - 20 Autominuten. Bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sowie dem Schiverleih "Sport Stubai" sind es 2 Gehminuten. Und zwei Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zusätzlich könnt ihr alle Leistungen der Stubaier Gästekarte in Anspruch nehmen. Informationen zur Gästekarte, einen Wohnungsplan und das Angebot zur Ferienwohnung "Almfleckl" findet ihr im Anhang.
