Floodes by rays of sunshine is our kitchen - especially in the evening. Two balconies offer a view of the mountains and garden. In the apartment are two bedrooms for up to 3 people each, a small single room, two bathrooms with shower / toilet and our large kitchen-living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Crockery, cutlery and pots are of course also on site. If you would like fresh bread or our own farm products for your breakfast, this is of course possible. 

You are 5 minutes by car from the skiing and hiking area "Elfer", 10 minutes by car from the skiing and hiking area "Schlick 2000" and 20 minutes by car from the "Stubai Glacier". And it is a 2-minute walk to the next bus stop.
