In our small but well-known restaurant, which welcomes hikers and walkers from all over the world in the afternoon, we place a strong focus on local and regional products. Above all, our famous cakes and other sweet treats, which we always bake and produce with a focus on seasonality, have become a flagship of the farm for several years. Above all, our generous orchard is an important supplier of fresh produce from our own cultivation.

In the evenings, when we cook a 3 or 4-course menu exclusively for our overnight guests, our vegetable garden plays an important role, so we always include our home-grown vegetables in the menu, depending on the season and yield. In good mushroom years, we also like to use mushrooms from our own forest.
