A warm welcome to Pfundserhof!
We are Belinda and Otmar, and together with our two boys, we look forward to welcoming you to our country home in Leins, in the front part of the Pitztal Valley. Situated at around 1,150 metres above sea level, our farm is surrounded by our own meadows and offers wonderful views across the Pitztal Valley towards the Inn Valley. Here, away from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy the Tyrolean mountains in every season.
Whether you are travelling as a couple, with family or with friends, we offer accommodation to suit your holiday.
Choose from three accommodation options:

Geierwally & Vogelhändler combined – 90 m²: Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty of space for families and small groups. A connecting door allows you to stay together while still enjoying your privacy.

Geierwally apartment – 70 m²: Two cosy bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen-diner and a balcony with lovely views of the valley and surrounding mountains.

Vogelhändler mini-apartment – 20 m²: A cosy double room with a private bathroom and a small kitchenette – ideal for two people who enjoy spending their days exploring the mountains.
Summer bonus: PITZTAL SUMMER CARD INCLUDED!
Enjoy mountain lifts, swimming lakes, museums and numerous attractions in the Pitztal Valley and surrounding area. Many services are included with your Summer Card, helping you save on holiday expenses!
Winter bonus: FREE, HEATED SKI DEPOT AT HOCHZEIGER!
The Hochzeiger ski area is only about a ten-minute drive away. At the valley station, you can use a free, heated depot for your skis and ski boots.
Fancy trying something different?
Depending on the season and our availability, you can try playing the Alphorn, discover local herbs, have a go at yodelling or book singing lessons with us. Just ask!
A few little extras:
Start your day with fresh bread and pastries delivered through our bread roll service. By prior arrangement, we can also leave a breakfast basket outside your door. Parking is available directly at the house.

Spanning 70 m², you'll find two lovingly furnished bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds – thus offering space for up to 5 people.
Summer Extra for You: With the Pitztal Summer Card, you enjoy free access to many attractions in Pitztal. Whether cable cars, lakes, or museums – discover the region in diverse ways and save money!
Winter Extra for You: We have rented a ski locker for you at the valley station of the Hochzeiger ski area, which we provide to you free of charge!

Spanning 70 m², you will find
- two separate, lovingly furnished bedrooms (one with a comfortable double bed and one with two single beds) Thus, up to 5 people will find ample space for restful nights.
- A living area with TV, radio, and free WiFi is perfect for comfortably winding down the day.
- A modern, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for shared cooking:
oven, 4-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster,... - The bathroom features a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and fresh towels.
- Balcony & Garden: A special highlight is your private balcony with a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain landscape. Additionally, our garden is at your disposal, inviting you to relax and unwind outdoors.
For our younger guests, we gladly provide a cot upon request, ensuring the entire family feels completely comfortable.

Tip: In combination with the Vogelhändler Double Room, the apartment can be extended into a spacious 90 m² apartment – ideal for larger families or groups.

Enjoy an active and memorable holiday in our Vogelhändler mini-apartment in the idyllic Pitztal Valley. The 20 m² apartment features a cosy double room, a shower and WC, as well as a small cooking area equipped with a hotplate, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave with grill function and toaster. Ideal for heating up food and preparing simple meals. Practical and furnished with the essentials, it is perfect for those who love spending their days in the mountains and are looking for a simple place to stay overnight.
