Facing southwest, the apartment is filled with warm afternoon sunshine. The cozy kitchen with a washing machine is the perfect place to cook, dine and relax together.

The spacious bedroom features a high-quality double bed (180 × 200 cm), which can be separated into twin beds if required. The en-suite bathroom and separate toilet provide comfort and privacy. A baby cot or bedside cot is available free of charge on request.

Enjoy stunning views over Gröbming, the surrounding mountains and our garden with its playground beneath the old linden tree. On warm summer days, air conditioning keeps the apartment pleasantly cool.

This charming duplex feels like “a little house within a farmhouse.” A beautiful spiral staircase connects the cozy master bedroom on the lower level with the lovingly designed gallery above. Here you'll find a snug sleeping nook under the roof for up to two children (guaranteed to become their favourite spot), an additional single bed, a comfortable lounge area and a small library – a special retreat for both children and adults.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is the heart of the apartment – the perfect place to cook, enjoy meals together and create lasting family memories. A washing machine adds extra comfort, especially for longer stays.
