This old farmhouse has been revitalised into a holiday home with meticulous attention given to detail. In observing all biological construction principles we have used select materials such as old wood, old bricks, hemp, lime and sheep wool, all of which create a special homely atmosphere. Our homes actually breathe air like our skin. The tiled stove, the open fireplace and the comfortable furniture made of solid old wood emanate a sense of well-being and natural charm. Our motto is to sleep in grandma's bed. Over the 13 years that it took to build this, our holiday homes have of course expanded and matured functionally, owing to all our loving attention and hard work. We built it brick by brick - we were a part of it heart and soul. The award of being recognised as a "Styrian landmark" is the reward for our efforts.
