Summiteers and pleasure hikers will find untouched nature and quiet forest areas here. The Hochschwab alpine region stretches from the species-rich plant conservation area to the rough rock face. The intact nature of the Hochschwab features many plants, animals (Europe's largest chamoise region) and the magnificent Hochschwab water.
