Our holiday flat offers space for up to 4 people. In addition to a bedroom with bathroom with WC and shower, it has a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen and a living/dining room. The living area leads to the spacious balcony with views of the Salzburg mountain landscape. Here you can enjoy the beautiful sunset.

The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of our farmhouse. It is 60 m² in size and offers enough space for up to 4 people. In the entrance area there is a small cloakroom and then the bright living room with dining table and a sofa, which when pulled out is a full-size bed with two mattresses. There is also a large wardrobe and the opportunity to watch TV. Right next to the sofa is a door to the south side of the large balcony. There you have sun from midday and in the evening you can enjoy a beautiful sunset in the Alps. A nice bathroom with shower (towels, hairdryer, mirror, towel dryer is available) and the separate WC with small washbasin and mirror is right next to the entrance.

The Hochkönig can be admired from the kitchen. There is enough space to cook delicious meals. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge, a coffee machine, a microwave and a sink. All crockery and cooking utensils are provided. The granite worktop and the mountain panorama make cooking fun even on holiday.

The spacious bedroom with TV is accessed from the kitchen. The large wardrobe offers enough space for two people. At the cosy desk, with a view of our beautiful Steinernes Meer, you can write postcards or e-mails to your loved ones on your laptop. From the bedroom you have access to the large balcony. This faces east from the bedroom with a view of the Steinerne Meer and towards Maria Alm and the impressive Hochkönig. The most beautiful sunrises can be observed there at any time of year.
