Das neue Ferienhaus mit ebenerdigem Eingang, Terrasse und Balkon hat drei getrennte Schlafzimmer auf zwei Etagen. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, Kabel-TV, Zimmersafe, W-Lan, hauseigene Bademäntel. 2 x Badezimmer und 2 WC´s. Die Küche ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet: Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, E-Herd mit Backrohr, Kaffeevollautomat, Wasser- und Eierkocher, Toaster etc. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer zum Genießen und Relaxen mit Zugang zur Terrasse, Radio und Kabel-TV darf natürlich auch nicht fehlen.
