The first floor contains 2 newly built, modern apartments with ca. 65m2
of space each, plus a roomy and fully furnished eat-in kitchen for 2-5 people.
The kitchen contains a refrigerator, an electric stove with oven, an electric kettle, dishwasher and a coffee machine, as well as a flat-screen TV. The apartment also contains a vestibule, 2 double bedrooms, bath with shower and separate WC, as well as a comfortable sofa-bed.
Parking is available.
