Our organic farm Rettenbachgut is situated in a sunny, secluded location above Werfen in the Salzburg Sonnenterrasse region in the province of Salzburg. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Tennengebirge, the Eisriesenwelt, and Hohenwerfen Castle. The approximately 900-year-old farmhouse combines tradition with warm hospitality.
On our organically run farm, cows, ponies, sheep, chickens, cats, and farm dog Rico are waiting for animal lovers young and old.
In summer, hikes start directly from the farm, and in winter, you can quickly reach ski touring routes, cross-country ski trails, and the Werfenweng and Ski amadé ski areas. Experience a relaxing holiday surrounded by people, animals, and nature.
Our spacious holiday apartment accommodates 2 to 4 people and impresses with plenty of wood, a welcoming atmosphere, and magnificent views of the Salzburg mountains. The bright living and dining area with a cozy couch invites you to cook, dine, and relax together. The fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle, and complete kitchen utensils provides everything you need for your vacation.
The apartment features a cozy bedroom with two double beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a balcony with a beautiful view, and a parking space or carport are of course at your disposal.
If needed, an additional triple room with its own bathroom and separate toilet can be booked. This makes the accommodation also ideal for larger families or families traveling together.
