Winter features:
Our house is only approx. 50 m from the 10-person "Kieserl" cable car, right by the Großarl-Dorfgastein family slope. Skiing schools, ski kindergarten, restaurants, grocery and sports shop only a few minutes' walk away.
But of course you can also ride sledges, build snowmen, or just slide around, everything's possible on our farm.

Our cozy and bright non-smoking room features a comfortable double bed, and a sofa bed can accommodate a third person.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer; fresh towels are provided.
A TV with cable channels and a radio provide entertainment.
Thanks to free high-speed Wi-Fi, you can stay connected at all times.
From the balcony/terrace, you can enjoy picturesque views of the Großarl mountains.

This charming non-smoking apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people and is ideal for couples or small families.
It has a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Additional flexible sleeping arrangements for one or two more guests can be found on comfortable sofa beds, either in the bedroom or in the living area.
The bright living area invites you to relax with cable TV. Thanks to free high-speed WiFi, you can always stay connected.
The shower and toilet are separate, of course. A hairdryer is also available, and we are happy to provide bath and hand towels.
The fully equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired and includes:
4-plate stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and kettle.
Sufficient kitchen equipment and fresh dish towels are of course provided.
Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Großarl mountains from the balcony.
