Our farm and holiday apartment with sun terrace, barbecue area, playground and sunbathing area are situated in a quiet, secluded and sunny location 890 m above sea level and are especially popular with families and groups of up to 18 persons. There is plenty of space for playing basketball, badminton, riding a children's tractor or go-kart without any danger of passing vehicles!
If your feet grown tired from all the walking, how a foot bath in the nearby, shallow stream bed or a refresher of cool mountain water? New recreation room, heated in winter, with table tennis and table football, seating area, darts.
In winter, guests can make use of the adjacent sledging slope. Sledges, snow shoes and bob-sleighs can be rented.

Our spacious holiday apartment "Sonnenschein" with its 86m² is ideal for families and everyone looking for a relaxing break in the mountains. You will live comfortably and have enough space to enjoy your vacation in peace.
Bedroom layout:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed and a single bed
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed
Additionally, a pull-out sofa is available for one more person. There is a washbasin in every room.
The apartment is fully equipped: a complete kitchen with a dishwasher, WiFi & SAT-TV, as well as separate bath and toilet. Outside, a sunny balcony with mountain views and a large terrace with a barbecue await you for cozy evenings.
For a delightful start to the day, you can order fresh bread rolls from the local bakery upon request. A washing machine is available for an additional charge.
Note: When booking for 2 or 4 people, only one or two double rooms will be available.
