Our holiday home (160 m²) is part of the Braunwiesen farmstead and is located next to our farmhouse.
It offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms incl. WC and bathtub, 1 separate WC and a living-dining area with kitchen and a tiled stove. You will also find a private terrace at ground level and plenty of shady areas under the fruit trees. 3 bedrooms have a double bed and in 1 bedroom the beds can be pushed apart.
The kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, kettle, dishwasher, etc.). You will also find dishwasher tabs, tea towels, dishwasher detergent and a sponge cloth. Vinegar, oil, pepper and salt are also available. You will also find a clothes horse, iron/ironing board and cleaning utensils.
There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house. You can easily walk to the bus stop (0.7km) and take public transport into the city of Salzburg.
For our little guests, we naturally have a cot, a high chair, a baby carrier for walking, all kinds of wooden toys and, on request, a baby bathtub.
