Unser Hof liegt im Herzen von St. Koloman im SalzburgerLand und bietet ideale Bedingungen für Familien und Naturfreunde. Umgeben von schnell erreichbaren Seen und Wanderwegen, ist unser Hof der perfekte Ort, um die Natur zu genießen. Seit sechs Generationen führen wir den Familienbetrieb, der Brauchtum, Tradition und Naturverbundenheit lebt. Gäste können die Kühe auf der Wiese sehen, den klaren Sternenhimmel genießen und die Ruhe fernab von Smog und Stress erleben. Im Sommer laden der Seewaldsee und die Taugl zum Baden ein, während der Trattberg zum Wandern einlädt. Im Winter bieten die malerische Umgebung, Schlittenfahren, Skitouren, Schneeschuhwandern und Langlaufen vielfältige Aktivitäten.
The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a living-dining area with a pull-out sofa, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
To foster togetherness, we consciously forgo televisions in the apartment.

Apartment Viola is located on the 2nd floor of our new farmhouse.
Look forward to a spacious loft apartment with a completely open-plan concept. Only the toilet is separate; everything else is designed openly.
Spanning approximately 80 m² with cozy sloped ceilings, you'll have plenty of space for 2 to 6 people. There are two double beds and a pull-out sofa. The bathroom is a true highlight: a shower and a freestanding bathtub invite you to relax – perfect after an active day.
The new expansion has created a beautiful rooftop terrace. From here, you can gaze over the courtyard to the mountains. We deliberately forgo a television to ensure more time for togetherness. A parking space directly in front of the house is, of course, available.
