Our 60 m² spacious, quiet, south-facing holiday home consists of an entrance room, two bedrooms, two showers with toilet, a kitchen and a balcony. It is located in our attic, fully completed.

The well-equipped wood kitchen has a microwave with grill, two stove plates, a refrigerator with freezer, kettle, an espresso machine, as well as all necessities like dishtowels, paper towels, sugar, salt and pepper, vinegar and oil etc.

Bedlinen, bathtowels, hand towels, tea towels and table linens are naturally available.

Each bedroom is equipped with a satellite TV with an ORF card and a clock radio with a CD-Player, and each bath with a hair dryer and make-up mirror.

Free Internet access (W-LAN) is possible.
