The holiday apartments are furnished with attention to detail in a cozy country house style. A blend of modern and antique furniture and plenty of warm wood ensures coziness. Well-equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, and sunny terraces ensure well-being from the very first day of your holiday! For large families, we offer an apartment with three bedrooms. An elevator and an accessible apartment ensure a carefree stay for everyone.

Our guests can use public transport throughout the entire state of Salzburg, as well as in our Mondsee-Irrsee region up to Bad Ischl, St. Wolfgang, and Unterach free of charge. This applies to your arrival and departure, as well as during your entire stay.
If needed, we will gladly send you the ticket for public transport in advance via email after your online guest registration.
These are the apartments "Yellow Kolomandl" and "Red Kolomandl" and each of these apartments consists of kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and two terraces. From the apartment "Red Kolomandl" you can see the play area and the meadows in front of the house. From the apartment "Yellow Kolomandl" you have a terrace overlooking the meadows in front of the house and from the other terrace lake view.
High chair, cot and other baby equipment is provided free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped - with dishwasher! Bed linen, hand and bath towels, satellite TV, Internet access, free Wi-Fi, elevator, ... is available.

Holiday apartment "Brown Kolomandl" consists of kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and terrace overlooking the meadows in front of the house.
We are happy to provide you with a cot, high chair and other baby and children's equipment free of charge.
This type of holiday apartment includes the apartments "Blue Kolomandl", "Violet Kolomandl", "Gray Kolomandl" and "Orange Kolomandl". Each apartment consists of kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and terrace overlooking the lake. The apartment "Blue Kolomandl" still has a second terrace overlooking the meadows in front of the house.
