Our farm is set in a stunning and quiet location featuring a view of Lake Irrsee, right at the heart of the holiday destination “Mondseeland”. Genuine hospitality is our utmost priority! We organise barbecue and campfire evenings and love to get together and have a chat. It’s not a rare occasion that our guests become long-lasting friends and return on a regular basis.

The furnishings in the holiday apartment Morgensonne are characterized by natural materials - oak and spruce set the tone, and high-quality fabrics in calm colors harmoniously round off the appearance.
The living area invites you to feel at home: A cozy sofa and a TV offer space for relaxing hours. Here you can unwind after an exciting day or enjoy the fresh air and the view of the landscape on your private balcony.
The well-equipped kitchen invites you to a cozy pajama breakfast. The kitchen equipment includes, for example: a large refrigerator, fully automatic coffee machine, a kettle as well as a hob with oven.
The holiday apartment offers you two separate bedrooms:
The first bedroom is very spacious and equipped with a cozy double bed and high-quality furniture – perfect for restful nights.
The second bedroom, ideally used as a children's room , is compactly and cleverly furnished. It features a pull-out bed, which is integrated into a refined spruce wood sleeping nook. This creates a cozy and functional sleeping option in this room.
The bathroom offers plenty of space for your personal toiletries. Fresh towels and a hairdryer are of course provided.
Gourmet tip: Fresh farmhouse bread is fragrant on the table (the baker has already been by and delivered your order) and you can easily get eggs from the farm shop "GlüXegg"
