In a sunny and quiet location, at 633m above sea level, our organic farm offers a magnificent view of the Kalkalpen National Park. With regional specialties, most of which come from our own farm, and 7 lovingly designed rooms, your physical and mental well-being is perfectly catered for. At the breakfast buffet, you will find fresh vegetables from our garden and milk from our cows. From Monday to Thursday, a 3-course dinner featuring regional delicacies is served at 7 pm.
In the attic, we also rent out an apartment with cooking facilities. This is 98 m² in size, has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen-living area, and a balcony.
The single room is ideal for solo travellers, mother/father with a child or two siblings. Apart from the 160 cm wide and 200 cm long bed, there's a bedside table, a closet, a table and chairs. The 20 m² bedroom faces north and is, thus, pleasantly cool in summer. It's located next to the family room "Adlerhorst"! In the new, modern bathroom, you'll find a shower, WC and wash basin. There's place to store utensils, towels and a hair dryer.
Our triple room is particularly bright and pleasant and are furnished with solid wood furniture. The 25 m² bedroom features a double bed, a sofa bed, a bedside table, a closet, a table and a wardrobe. In each room a baby cot can be provided on request and easily fits in. The bathroom features a washbasin, a shower, a WC, surfaces, a hook and of course hand towels and bath towels.
Our 2022 new built family room consists of 2 separate, spacious and bright rooms. Each room has a double bed and the big one also an extra bed. There is also plenty of room for a baby cot which we can provide on request. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and it features shower/WC, wash basin, storage place, hair dryer and towels. There's a cloakroom and from the balcony you'll have a wonderful view of our large vegetable garden, the pasture for the calves and the forest.
We offer two family rooms "Adlerhorst" with identical amenities. The price below is for 1 family room. Both family rooms are on the 2nd floor and they are comfortable and cosy. Every room has a double bed and a single bed. An additional cot easily fits in. Every bedroom has a prive, modern and new bathroom with shower and toilet. There's a hair dryer, large and small towels and enough space to store utensils. The bedroom is 30 m² in total and both family rooms have a common and new 24 m² terrace. The vast terrace is ideal for relaxing and offers a breathtaking view of the Kalkalpen National Park.
The apartment on the 2nd floor (attic) consists of a spacious kitchen/living area, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and WC en suite, two bedrooms and a balcony. There is a double bed in the parents' bedroom and twin beds in the children's bedroom. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped with induction cooktop, tiled stove incl. cooktop, fridge and a toaster. The living area is nicely furnished with a cosy corner bench and dining table, couch, TV and free Wi-Fi. As a guest in our apartment, you can choose to enjoy breakfast and/or dinner for an extra charge.
