Our Horse Stable Apartment is a lovingly converted former horse stable from 1899, now delighting guests as a stylish apartment with high-quality furnishings and solid wood furniture. The combination of modern comfort and historical elements creates a particularly cozy and inviting atmosphere. The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed, and a small, well-equipped kitchen.
From your private terrace, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views, extending even to Traunstein, Dachstein, and Watzmann on Foehn days. For even more space, the apartment can be combined via a connecting door with the Sau-Stall Apartment, allowing family and friends to relax together on almost 70 m².

The Pigpen Apartment is a lovingly converted former pigpen, now a stylish apartment boasting high-quality furnishings and solid wood furniture. A particular highlight is the original brick rail ceiling from 1899, lending a historical touch to the room.
The apartment features a large double bed, a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities. Be enchanted by the tranquility and the forest views while relaxing by the cozy window seat. At night, you can marvel at the sparkling starry sky. For even greater comfort, the apartment can be extended to accommodate up to four people across nearly 70 m².

The Linde Holiday Home is a charming timber cabin that exudes warmth and comfort, getting its name from the magnificent linden tree standing directly beside the house. Its untreated larch wood exterior harmoniously blends into nature, while special attention was paid to the use of natural materials in the interior design – ideal for dust allergy sufferers.
On the sunny terrace, you can enjoy peace and relaxation while taking in views of the idyllic Innviertel hilly landscape and the majestic mountains from Traunstein to Watzmann. Here, it doesn't just feel like you're in the middle of nature – it's the perfect place to recharge your energy. A perfect retreat for your getaway.
