The holiday apartment is 130 m² in size - enough space for 6 people who can feel at home here. The entire holiday apartment was renovated in July 2023. Lots of lovely details and pieces of decoration will enchant you. Everything you can wish for at this herb farm!

The apartment comes with open-plan kitchen with dining area, sleeping place in the living room, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet room. There’s a living room where all guests can use board games, an infrared sauna, lots of books and nature magazines. The holiday apartment can be accessed via a private entrance. On the first floor, there’s a beautiful balcony which boasts a splendid view of Kremsmünster Abbey.

• Living room comes with large, U-shaped sofa (maller children can use it as a bed), comfortable box-spring bed, closet and satellite TV as well as living room furniture. The beautiful view spans from the village to Kremsmünster Abbey.

• New Austrian stone pine bedroom (25 m²) and separate dressing room

We can provide you with a cot (incl. mattress and linen) on request.

• Electricity is generated directly at the little house by its own photovoltaic system. ⚡️
• Sanitary facilities are directly at the farm. 🚿🚽
• The little house is located directly in front of the flowering herb area and is surrounded by the alpaca pasture! You can hardly get any closer to these fluffy creatures: From the end of August, the alpacas will be grazing right in front of your little house. 🦙🦙🦙🦙
• Breakfast can be booked additionally (vegan, vegetarian, or "a bit of everything"). 😉
