Perfect for families & groups. Take a break in nature surrounded by green meadows, large forests and grazing cows. In the holiday home “Ferienhaus Goanbau”, you’ll stay in a historic farmhouse for private use. The architectural style of the old traditional farmhouse is characteristic of the Mühlviertel region. It’s built with large granite blocks and perfectly blends into the idyllic and peaceful scenery. Our own dairy farm is only a 5-minutes’ walk from the holiday home. On our working farm (300 m), you can go to the barn and watch us milk and feed the cows, pitch in yourself or simply pet the friendly cats. You’re welcome to get fresh milk or eggs for breakfast from us. Set at an altitude of 900 m, you can look forward to a colourful spring, a summer without unbearable heat, a beautiful autumn above the foggy lowlands and plenty of snow in winter.

This is a lovely hideaway from everyday life for up to 10 people. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s ideal for 2 families or a larger group. Children enjoy an endless freedom on the meadows and on the playground next to the house. The ground floor is fully accessible (wheelchair-friendly toilet and shower). On cold days or in the evening, you can indulge in the private sauna. At night, don’t miss out on the breathtaking starry sky - far from light pollution.
