Welcome to our lively organic mountain farm "Drei-Länder-Blick" (Three-Country View), idyllically situated in a sunny, secluded location at almost 1000 m altitude in Carinthia. Here, cows, sheep, horses, pigs, chickens, and ducks live in natural pasture farming, shaping the authentic farm life. Our farm dog Emmi and friendly cats are also looking forward to your visit.
Our holiday home is far more than just accommodation – it's a feast for the senses. The furnishings, simple and clear, impress with genuine natural materials such as wood, stone, lime, and clay. Old beams tell stories, furniture made from weathered larch, and warm, wood-heated window seats create an atmosphere of profound tranquility and comfort. Here, the essential takes precedence, allowing the natural beauty of the materials to fully unfold.
Experience pure enjoyment and authentic regionality with our wide selection of homemade organic farm products. In our farm dairy, specialties from creamy yogurt to fresh cheese and spicy hard cheese are made from cow's, sheep's, and goat's milk. Fresh eggs from our chickens, homemade bread, garden herbs, and seasonal meat from our organic pasture-raised animals complete the offering – all organic, regional, sustainable, and produced with great love directly from our farm for you.
Both holiday apartments delight with unforgettable panoramic views over forests, gentle hills, and the majestic mountains of Carinthia, Slovenia, and Italy. Just a stone's throw away, the Simonhöhe ski, hiking, and mountain bike area or the beautiful natural beach lido at Lake Urban tempt you for unforgettable days in nature. A free parking space is available directly in front of the house, and an e-charging station for electric cars is also provided. Access the apartment on the upper floor via an outdoor staircase made of larch wood, entering through a front door made of centuries-old oak that tells its own story.
The open living kitchen area invites you to settle in: a small rustic wardrobe, a comfortably illuminated walnut table made from our own wood with a corner bench, and a wardrobe made of weathered boards. From here, the gaze is drawn outside – to the balcony, a wooden “room in the open air,” almost like a bird’s nest. From there, the view extends over the barn, forest, and hills to the distant mountains of Slovenia, Italy, and Carinthia.
Inside, in front of the south-facing window side, it’s hard to decide where to sit first: on the simple, warmly radiating tiled stove that draws its heat from the courtyard heating. It frames a reading nook and invites you to snuggle right in front of the window, while a linen-covered farmhouse divan in vibrant colors entices you to rest on the other side of the window.
The kitchen is small but fine: generously equipped for enthusiastic cooks with high-quality sharp knives and cookware, a dishwasher, oven, and ceramic cooktop, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, organic herbal tea from the garden, plenty of spices, as well as vinegar and oil and the first farm-made dairy products, making it easy to cook here. Fresh herbs from the garden are also available upon request.
The bathroom, equipped with a washing machine, large shower, WC, and an old wood washbasin, is simple, cozy, and warm.
There are two bedrooms:
One is calm and soothing: a Swiss stone pine double bed with Hüsler Nest mattresses and organic bed linen ensures restful sleep, complemented by an old wood wardrobe.
In the second bedroom, there is a single bed and a bunk bed, designed below like a nook – a paradise for children, where adults will also feel very comfortable.

Im Badezimmer mit Dusche/Wc liegen frische Handtücher und ein Fön selbstverständlich für Sie bereit.
