It features a spacious living area, dining table, kitchen, entryway, wardrobe, bathroom, and separate WC on the ground floor. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests. South-facing, it offers stunning views of the Falkert. The Falkertsee, climbing routes, mountain bike trails, and hiking paths are easily accessible. The Nockalmstraße and the beaches of Lake Millstatt are also just a short drive away.
