Built with plenty of wood, the house accommodates up to 10 people and is equipped with underfloor heating and a pellet heating system. Enjoy the covered outdoor seating, the wood-fired grill, and the spacious lawn area for relaxing. The property is accessible by car all year round. Nearby, you will find numerous excursion destinations such as ski resorts, swimming lakes, and towns.
The Almferienhaus Russmann consists of two residential units and offers space for up to 10 people.
The large open-plan kitchen with dining area and living area, with satellite TV, as well as 1 room with a double bed, one room with 2 double beds, a large relaxation room with a double bed made of stone pine, and two bathrooms form one living unit with approx. 130 m² of living space. Available amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, bread slicer, and a wood stove. Hand, bath, and kitchen towels are also provided.
The second bathroom offers the possibility of connecting with the smaller apartment for shared use of both residential units.
The smaller "Koralmblick" apartment offers generous space for 2 people. It includes a kitchen with an electric stove, fridge, freezer, and cooking utensils. The bedroom features a solid double bed made of larch wood from our own forest. A toilet, shower, and bathtub are, of course, part of the amenities.
