The basic concept behind Astrid and Andreas Rittler's management style is sustainability. Their gentle creative power can be felt everywhere. They preserve the old to make it usable for our time.

Trout breeding has always been of great importance, and to understand how the cycle of this 'blue gold' and its associated living creatures works, you are literally thrown into at the deep end, where you can try your hand at fishing and help produce quirky 'Slow Fish' delicacies such as fish chips.
