The chalet features a large, high-quality fully equipped kitchen and living area, one bedroom with a double bed and shower, two bedrooms with a double bed and balcony, a large wellness bathroom with an infrared cabin, and two separate toilets. The sauna with a panoramic window is located on the terrace.

With 115 m² of living space, a terrace with far-reaching views and nature all around, you can enjoy your holiday, recharge your batteries and return to everyday life feeling strengthened.
Step inside, bring happiness in! You are in the entrance hall, from here a few steps lead into the large, cozy living room. You stand in front of a large dining table with comfortable chairs and immediately enjoy the distant view through the mighty panoramic window and the wide balcony doors. On your left is the fireplace, which brings cozy warmth into the room on cool days or in the evening. Moving on, you will find the comfortable sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality tableware.
Now step through the balcony door onto the terrace and you will look out over large parts of Carinthia. Here you will surely spend many cozy hours with good food and a glass of wine. The sauna is also located on the terrace, also featuring a panoramic window. After a sauna session, you can relax in the sun loungers provided.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet.
The stairs lead to the 1st floor, where there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a cozy sofa chair that can be converted into a single bed. Through the balcony doors, you can step out onto the balcony and look into the distance again, or at night into an unspeakably beautiful starry sky, while enjoying the silence.
