The double room "Tirol" can only be booked in combination with a holiday apartment. The name of the room comes from its western orientation, offering a view of the neighboring region of East Tyrol.
This small, cozy room is furnished with high-quality solid wood furniture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Outside the window, our local mountain, the Schulterhöhe, rises majestically, especially stunning in the glow of the evening sun. In the early morning, the sun casts its first rays onto the summit cross – a sight that will fill you with joy as you start your day.
The room does not have a separate bathroom, a balcony, or a TV. It is ideal as an extension to one of our holiday apartments, providing extra space for family or friends.

The room "KÄRNTEN" can only be booked in combination with a holiday apartment and offers a stunning view of the Carinthian landscape. This cozy double room is equipped with a spacious wardrobe, a coat rack, and practical shelves. Its private bathroom with a shower and toilet ensures extra comfort.
Although the room does not have a balcony, the morning sun greets you warmly, inviting you to start your day full of energy and embark on new adventures. Upon request, breakfast can be added to make your stay even more enjoyable.
Tip: In combination with a holiday apartment, this room is ideal for families, friends, or grandparents – the perfect solution for those traveling together while still enjoying a bit of privacy.

The holiday apartment "STUBE" is located on the southeast side of the first floor and offers a cozy home on 35 m². The traditional Lesachtal wooden paneling gives the apartment its authentic charm, while the bedroom, made of high-quality East Tyrolean Swiss pine, ensures restful sleep with its pleasant aroma.
The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults. We are happy to provide a crib for children up to 3 years old, or you can book the Kärnten or Tirol room as an extension.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker or Nespresso machine, and a kettle. A bright and spacious balcony invites you to enjoy the stunning view of the Carinthian Lesachtal. The morning sun will greet you early, ensuring a perfect start to your vacation days.

The bright and spacious balcony offers a view of the Carinthian Lesachtal, with the morning sun gently waking you up early.
The south-facing and spacious holiday apartment "TENNE" offers 70 m² of space and comfort for a relaxing stay.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, kettle, as well as a coffee maker or Nespresso machine, ensuring you feel right at home.
The bedroom is ideal for 2 people and also provides space for a crib suitable for children up to 6 years old. A television offers entertainment, and the spacious bathroom with a toilet leaves nothing to be desired. The cozy, large balcony invites you to relax and enjoy the glorious afternoon sun.
For families, this apartment can be ideally expanded by booking the additional double room “TIROL.” A perfect choice for restful days in a relaxing atmosphere.
