You, your children and your pets will enjoy a nature-oriented break at a place where you’ll be treated as a family member. Look forward to barbecues in our large vine pergola, house concerts, coffee and games in the afternoon, a lawn for sunbathing, a playground, herb garden, home-made products and an ideal home base for hikes, country walks, climbs as well as boat and rafting tours.

Let us take you to a place where you’ll hear the birds sing, the stream burble and the crickets chirp. Close your eyes, take in the fragrance of hay and taste our home-made bread.

We very much appreciate face-to-face conversations with our guests who come and visit us from all corners of Europe. After all it’s also the friendly and informal ambience that makes our guests feel at home on our farm. We would like to give our guests a thorough insight into the natural and peaceful life in the countryside.

Here, children can simply be children. They can romp and play, swim and get to know our farm in all facets. For our young guests, our family-friendly farm ensures fun and entertainment.

"Prosi Hube" - a recently renovated farmhouse - is located at an altitude of approx. 1,250 m above sea level and offers all the comfort you could wish for. The secluded, sunny location offers magnificent panoramic views of Mur Valley and is ideal for family holidays.

A living space of 130 m² is at your disposal. The spacious kitchen/living room is appointed with a cosy seating area, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, satellite TV, coffee percolator and toaster. The old vaulted cellar serves as storage room. The 3 cosy bedrooms can accommodate up to 9 persons. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom. Please bring your own towels and bed linen.

A garage for bicycles is also available. A BBQ area and sunbathing area are located in front of the self-catering holiday home. The access road is fit for traffic throughout the year. It is an ideal place for spending a hiking holiday, winter holiday, summer holiday or golfing holiday. Hiking and cycling trails are located in the immediate proximity of the house. There is a bathing lake nearby and the region has its own golf course, ice rinks and skiing areas. You are also offered the opportunity to purchase regional farm products.

We cordially welcome you and your family to spend your holidays on our farm in the south Waldviertel (altitude: 720 m). The business is entirely family run, and as well as offering comfortable rooms and a spacious holiday apartment, we also offer quality cuisine with good country cooking and Waldviertel specialities.

Our farm is located in the small municipality of Arndorf in a peaceful and heavily forested area with many walking and hiking trails. Just 10 minutes' walk away is the next municipality of Neukirchen with the Church of St. Mary, bank, shop and guesthouse.

Our farm offers the ideal conditions for getting to know life and work on a farm. Anyone who wishes to can lend a hand in the stable or in the fields.

The excursion destinations in the surrounding area such as Pöggstall, the Wachau and the castles and palaces of the Waldviertel offer variety.

Did you know that the air is already thinner at an altitude of 1,700 m? Here, you can breathe deeply - there are no pollen and mites.

Welcome to a location rich in alpine flowers: gentian, alpine rose, orchids, edelweiss and many more.

A perfect spot for magnificent alpine hikes and mountain tours. Even Brad Pitt has come here to climb our local mountain (Sadnig 2,745 m). Its summit offers unique views reaching from the Lienz Dolomites and the Grossglockner all the way to the Schober Group.

Here, you can still see the starry sky. The stars appear to be so close that it seems possible to pick them from the sky. In this clear mountain air, you can see the star constellations in the sky or watch shooting stars.

A farm in a healthy and natural surrounding area with a family atmosphere. The farm is situated in a sunny, quiet location only 2 km from town, in the area of "Unterberg" - perfect for holidays in summer or winter. Our very own alpine pasture at an altitude 1,680 m is a particular hit with holidaymakers.Our large playground makes the children's eyes light up. On request, we barbecue for our guests and at breakfast you can try out the farm's own products. Further to this we offer a bread roll delivery service. With the "Gastein Card" you can get discounts in thermal spas, ski lifts and at various events. In the winter the building's very own sauna comes specially recommended after a long day's skiing (group prices also possible). The ski bus goes directly past the house and brings guests to the lift and back.

If you are looking for rest, relaxation and togetherness then our Krieglwaldhütte is the right place for you. The rustic hut for 2 people is beautifully situated in the middle of the countryside between woods and meadows. Here you can switch off and enjoy nature to the full. 

The hut has running water and a small wood-burning stove for cooking. The toilet is only a few steps away from the hut and because there is no electricity or WiFi, you will experience a hut vacation like back then. 

Children particularly enjoy the playground in the orchard where guests can stroll about. We know that they also really enjoy the animals on the farm (horses, cats, cows, rabbits). Feeding and milking the animals in the barn means kids both big and small always have something to do. There are also many ways for parents to relax (the lawn, sitting areas, sauna, barbecue...) In the region there are: Weekly programmes for children and adults, lakes and outdoor pools, biking and hiking trails and a rich programme for those interested in culture. Ulrichsberg offers you: asphalt Barvarian-curling hall, beach volleyball court, adventure playground, fly fishing on the Großen Mühl river, the Bohemian Forest golf park, 3 km from Ulrichsberg, Internet café in the youth hostel, skate park, tennis courts, indoor vitality pool, numerous biking and hiking trails, viewpoints, bathing lake, gym, outdoor swimming pools with diving boards or water slides, bowling alleys, miniature golf hall, indoor and outdoor riding arenas, indoor shooting range, bee-keeping, country houses, chapels, churches, artists studios, museums, the Stift Schlägl brewery, weaving, and much more, all within only 10 km! Only 70 km to Linz, the capital of Upper Austria and to Passau in Bavaria! For guests from Germany the trip through Passau has no TRAFFIC JAMS or ROAD TAX!

At the Imitzertanzlhof, you expect a quiet, unspoilt place that you can use for yourself and your family according to your own preferences. You are called upon to design your own activities, or to do nothing. In times of stress and hustle and bustle, a time out, a pause of the soul can do well and open new perspectives. Beautiful places for leisure and contemplation, the farm offers just as much as the opportunity to engage in sports or to visit one of the attractive excursion destinations in the area.

Our farm lies approx. 2 km above Wagrain in a sunny and quiet location.

Enjoy the impressive view of the surrounding mountains, or simply spend some nice hours on the large sunbathing lawn with a beautiful children's playground. A large garden grill is at your disposal for cosy evening hours. Try a home-made fruit schnapps with us!

Our house is the ideal starting point for small and large hikes or excursions in the region. Boredom has no place with us!

Do you want to rest and soak up the sun, and watch your kids play and let loose? Whether you'd you'd rather enjoy a peaceful stay in the early season or have a great time during high season, we are a family-run farm and invite you to spend your holiday with us alone, with a partner or with the whole family.

Are farm is quiet, sunny, forested and located away from the main road. Sporting opportunities such as tennis, golf, horse riding, trampolining, fishing, swimming and the thermal baths of Bad Waltersdorf and Blumau are in the immediate vicinity.

The nearby rocky stream, where there are still real freshwater crayfish, offers your family an adventurous walk into the forest. Those who still have some energy after the day's exciting activities can help out with the feeding of the animals on the farm.

The stately, family-friendly "Rusch Farm" is located in the Au-Schoppernau vacation region in the Bregenzerwald at 800 m above sea level. The Vorarlberg family has been running the farm with 14 dairy cows for generations. The cows, cattle, calves and the horse spend their summer on the alpine pasture. The animals spend the winter in the barn at the farm. The stable work is always done in the morning and evening with feeding, milking and cleaning.

The vacation apartment for 2-6 people is self-contained and is located on the 2nd floor. It offers 80 m² of space and has 3 bedrooms and a spacious eat-in kitchen. The furniture was made exclusively by the neighboring carpenter.

Au-Schoppernau is a versatile and varied vacation region in summer and winter. Not only skiers, but also hikers and all other nature lovers will find varied opportunities for exercise in the fresh Bregenzerwald mountain air. Horse-drawn sleigh rides can also be booked.

From a minimum stay of 3 nights from May to October, all guests receive the Bregenzerwald & Großes Walsertal Guest Card free of charge. With this card you can use all mountain railroads, public buses and outdoor swimming pools free of charge.

The farm cows are milked daily in the morning and evening. The milk is collected by the Alpenkäse Bregenzerwald dairy truck. Just 300 m from the farm there is a dairy store in the former local dairy, where you can buy a variety of dairy products (butter, clarified butter, different types of cheese ...).
