You, your children and your pets will enjoy a nature-oriented break at a place where you’ll be treated as a family member. We very much appreciate face-to-face conversations with our guests who come and visit us from all corners of Europe. After all it’s also the friendly and informal ambience that makes our guests feel at home on our farm. We would like to give our guests a thorough insight into the natural and peaceful life in the countryside.

Here, children can simply be children. They can romp and play, swim and get to know our farm in all facets. For our young guests, our family-friendly farm ensures fun and entertainment.

Both our little and large guests can enjoy their holiday on our kid's and baby's farmyard and experience the day to day life on the farm.

We ask our guests not to smoke in the apartments or in the main house.

Going on tractor rides, building damns in the stream, games and barbecue evenings in a friendly atmosphere will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. A house museum and a model of the old mill detail the farm's interesting history.

We cordially welcome you and your family to spend your holidays on our farm in the south Waldviertel (altitude: 720 m). The business is entirely family run, and as well as offering comfortable rooms and a spacious holiday apartment, we also offer quality cuisine with good country cooking and Waldviertel specialities.

Our farm is located in the small municipality of Arndorf in a peaceful and heavily forested area with many walking and hiking trails. Just 10 minutes' walk away is the next municipality of Neukirchen with the Church of St. Mary, bank, shop and guesthouse.

Our farm offers the ideal conditions for getting to know life and work on a farm. Anyone who wishes to can lend a hand in the stable or in the fields.

The excursion destinations in the surrounding area such as Pöggstall, the Wachau and the castles and palaces of the Waldviertel offer variety.

Did you know that the air is already thinner at an altitude of 1,700 m? Here, you can breathe deeply - there are no pollen and mites.

Welcome to a location rich in alpine flowers: gentian, alpine rose, orchids, edelweiss and many more.

A perfect spot for magnificent alpine hikes and mountain tours. Even Brad Pitt has come here to climb our local mountain (Sadnig 2,745 m). Its summit offers unique views reaching from the Lienz Dolomites and the Grossglockner all the way to the Schober Group.

Here, you can still see the starry sky. The stars appear to be so close that it seems possible to pick them from the sky. In this clear mountain air, you can see the star constellations in the sky or watch shooting stars.

We look forward to welcoming you to Carinthia's highest mountain village, where the clocks are still ticking at a different pace.

If you are looking for rest, relaxation and togetherness then our Krieglwaldhütte is the right place for you. The rustic hut for 2 people is beautifully situated in the middle of the countryside between woods and meadows. Here you can switch off and enjoy nature to the full. 

The hut has running water and a small wood-burning stove for cooking. The toilet is only a few steps away from the hut and because there is no electricity or WiFi, you will experience a hut vacation like back then. 

Children particularly enjoy the playground in the orchard where guests can stroll about. We know that they also really enjoy the animals on the farm (horses, cats, cows, rabbits). Feeding and milking the animals in the barn means kids both big and small always have something to do. There are also many ways for parents to relax (the lawn, sitting areas, sauna, barbecue...) In the region there are: Weekly programmes for children and adults, lakes and outdoor pools, biking and hiking trails and a rich programme for those interested in culture. Ulrichsberg offers you: asphalt Barvarian-curling hall, beach volleyball court, adventure playground, fly fishing on the Großen Mühl river, the Bohemian Forest golf park, 3 km from Ulrichsberg, Internet café in the youth hostel, skate park, tennis courts, indoor vitality pool, numerous biking and hiking trails, viewpoints, bathing lake, gym, outdoor swimming pools with diving boards or water slides, bowling alleys, miniature golf hall, indoor and outdoor riding arenas, indoor shooting range, bee-keeping, country houses, chapels, churches, artists studios, museums, the Stift Schlägl brewery, weaving, and much more, all within only 10 km! Only 70 km to Linz, the capital of Upper Austria and to Passau in Bavaria! For guests from Germany the trip through Passau has no TRAFFIC JAMS or ROAD TAX!

Our farm lies approx. 2 km above Wagrain in a sunny and quiet location.

Enjoy the impressive view of the surrounding mountains, or simply spend some nice hours on the large sunbathing lawn with a beautiful children's playground. A large garden grill is at your disposal for cosy evening hours. Try a home-made fruit schnapps with us!

Our house is the ideal starting point for small and large hikes or excursions in the region. Boredom has no place with us!

Our organic farm is a beautiful place in all seasons. Here, you and your family can let go of the responsibilities of everyday life and recharge your batteries. Apart from the homemade bread, fresh milk and eggs for breakfast, there are other niceties such as fishing in the trout pond, a trampoline, table tennis tables, darts, or for something different "hay hopping." If you want to end an active and busy day in peace, treat yourself to some time in our sauna or infrared cubicle.

Nestled in the rolling countryside and surrounded by forests, fragrant meadows and soothing herbs you’ll find an oasis of well-being, our farm Verwöhnbauernhof in the beautiful Mühlviertel region. Enjoy relaxing, carefree days in a family-like ambience in the cosy country style living room of our traditional farmhouse or in the modern holiday apartments with a rustic charm in the annexe.

The Mühlviertel region is a perfect place for country walks. There are a number of themed hiking trails. Right next to our farm, you can set out on a hike of 13 km in length on the themed trail focusing on the mountain herbs that grow in our region.

We make sure you won’t get bored on our farm Verwöhnbauernhof Wagner. That’s why we organise an array of activities on sunny and rainy days as well as a programme for kids. Have a look at our deals on the bottom of the website! In the garden next to the house you’ll find a herb spiral where you can smell, feel and try everything that grows.

We delight ourselves in being able to welcome you and your children to our home. Our farm lies in the heart of Salzburg Sportwelt at an altitude of 882 meters above sea level, between St. Johann/Pg. (7 kilometers) and Wagrain (3 km.) - quiet, relaxing and in the middle of the alpine world. Our house has 3 apartments with balconies, 8 to 10 beds. There is enough room for children to play, have fun, and let off steam. (Playground with swing set, sandbox, and trampoline). We manage our farm with dairy cows, young cattle, a pig, chickens, a pony, rabbitsand cats.Whoever wishes to do so can also assist in the stable or in the field.
Animal lovers have come to the right place. In the winter, snow chains on tires are necessary for driving (1 km mountain road).

Our small, idyllic farm is located in the beautiful "Rantnertal", near Murau. Here, surrounded by mountains which are ideal for walks of all difficulty levels, you will find peace and recuperation from the stresses of everyday life. This is also a great place for your children, who can enjoy helping in the stable, our playing field with a swing, slide and trampoline, horse riding or swimming in the neighbouring municipality.
