You, your children and your pets will enjoy a nature-oriented break at a place where you’ll be treated as a family member. We very much appreciate face-to-face conversations with our guests who come and visit us from all corners of Europe. After all it’s also the friendly and informal ambience that makes our guests feel at home on our farm. We would like to give our guests a thorough insight into the natural and peaceful life in the countryside.

Here, children can simply be children. They can romp and play, swim and get to know our farm in all facets. For our young guests, our family-friendly farm ensures fun and entertainment.

Our idyllic organic farm is located near the beautiful Bluntaubach stream and has been family-owned since 1741. On our farm there are many animals to pet and a nice playground for children, as well as fresh milk and eggs directly from the farm. Only 1 km from the centre of Golling, the local recreation area ‘Bluntautal’ and the ‘Gollinger Wasserfall’ are within walking distance. Our central location in the centre of Salzburger Land offers highlights such as hiking, cycling, the ‘Hohenwerfen Castle’, the ‘Eisriesenwelt’ and the Aqua Salza Golling swimming and wellness paradise. At Biohof Grubbauer, a campsite with heart awaits you, nestled in the quiet expanse of the Kalkalpen National Park region. Located directly on the Sebaldus cycling and hiking pilgrim trails, our site is a retreat for nature lovers, those seeking tranquility, and spiritual travelers.

32 lovingly named pitches, regional farm products, a lively farm atmosphere with over 200 sheep, and sustainable design make your stay special – authentic, honest, and close to nature.

The Mayrhof in Werfenweng is an idyllically situated farm on the outskirts of Werfenweng. The flats were all newly renovated in 2023 and offer space for up to seven people.

Many hiking and cycling trails nearby.

The highlight in summer is the free entry for guests to the swimming lake, which is right next to the farm. Many attractions and activities in the immediate vicinity, such as a climbing park, mountain cart track and paragliding school.

In winter, perfectly groomed pistes, cross-country ski trails, winter hiking trails, horse-drawn carriage rides and our own toboggan slope behind the house offer variety, adventure and fun.

Both our little and large guests can enjoy their holiday on our kid's and baby's farmyard and experience the day to day life on the farm.

We ask our guests not to smoke in the apartments or in the main house.

Going on tractor rides, building damns in the stream, games and barbecue evenings in a friendly atmosphere will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. A house museum and a model of the old mill detail the farm's interesting history.

The business is entirely family run, and as well as offering comfortable rooms and a spacious holiday apartment, we also offer quality cuisine with good country cooking and Waldviertel specialities.

Our farm is located in the small municipality of Arndorf in a peaceful and heavily forested area with many walking and hiking trails. Just 10 minutes' walk away is the next municipality of Neukirchen with the Church of St. Mary, bank, shop and guesthouse.

Our farm offers the ideal conditions for getting to know life and work on a farm. Anyone who wishes to can lend a hand in the stable or in the fields.

The excursion destinations in the surrounding area such as Pöggstall, the Wachau and the castles and palaces of the Waldviertel offer variety.

Did you know that the air is already thinner at an altitude of 1,700 m? Here, you can breathe deeply - there are no pollen and mites.

Welcome to a location rich in alpine flowers: gentian, alpine rose, orchids, edelweiss and many more.

A perfect spot for magnificent alpine hikes and mountain tours. Even Brad Pitt has come here to climb our local mountain (Sadnig 2,745 m). Its summit offers unique views reaching from the Lienz Dolomites and the Grossglockner all the way to the Schober Group.

Here, you can still see the starry sky. The stars appear to be so close that it seems possible to pick them from the sky. In this clear mountain air, you can see the star constellations in the sky or watch shooting stars.

We look forward to welcoming you to Carinthia's highest mountain village, where the clocks are still ticking at a different pace.

Our farmhouse is located among meadows and forests, in the beautiful Mühlviertel region. As well as lots of hiking options through meadows and along forest trails, you can of course also go on cycle rides. At the garden cabin you can really laze around and relax. Round off the evenings with a sociable gathering around the barbecue. For children there is a playground and plenty of room to run around. Our little calves always look forward to being stroked by our younger guests. Another firm favourite is a tractor ride with the farmer.

Our organic farm Rettenbachgut is situated in a sunny, secluded location above Werfen in the Salzburg Sonnenterrasse region in the province of Salzburg. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Tennengebirge, the Eisriesenwelt, and Hohenwerfen Castle. The approximately 900-year-old farmhouse combines tradition with warm hospitality.

On our organically run farm, cows, ponies, sheep, chickens, cats, and farm dog Rico are waiting for animal lovers young and old.

In summer, hikes start directly from the farm, and in winter, you can quickly reach ski touring routes, cross-country ski trails, and the Werfenweng and Ski amadé ski areas. Experience a relaxing holiday surrounded by people, animals, and nature.

If you are looking for rest, relaxation and togetherness then our Krieglwaldhütte is the right place for you. The rustic hut for 2 people is beautifully situated in the middle of the countryside between woods and meadows. Here you can switch off and enjoy nature to the full. 

The hut has running water and a small wood-burning stove for cooking. The toilet is only a few steps away from the hut and because there is no electricity or WiFi, you will experience a hut vacation like back then.

Our organic farm is a beautiful place in all seasons. Here, you and your family can let go of the responsibilities of everyday life and recharge your batteries. Apart from the homemade bread, fresh milk and eggs for breakfast, there are other niceties such as fishing in the trout pond, a trampoline, table tennis tables, darts, or for something different "hay hopping." If you want to end an active and busy day in peace, treat yourself to some time in our sauna or infrared cubicle.

Our small, idyllic farm is located in the beautiful "Rantnertal", near Murau. Here, surrounded by mountains which are ideal for walks of all difficulty levels, you will find peace and recuperation from the stresses of everyday life. This is also a great place for your children, who can enjoy helping in the stable, our playing field with a swing, slide and trampoline, horse riding or swimming in the neighbouring municipality.
