You, your children and your pets will enjoy a nature-oriented break at a place where you’ll be treated as a family member. Our idyllic organic farm is located near the beautiful Bluntaubach stream and has been family-owned since 1741. On our farm there are many animals to pet and a nice playground for children, as well as fresh milk and eggs directly from the farm. Only 1 km from the centre of Golling, the local recreation area ‘Bluntautal’ and the ‘Gollinger Wasserfall’ are within walking distance. Our central location in the centre of Salzburger Land offers highlights such as hiking, cycling, the ‘Hohenwerfen Castle’, the ‘Eisriesenwelt’ and the Aqua Salza Golling swimming and wellness paradise. Both our little and large guests can enjoy their holiday on our kid's and baby's farmyard and experience the day to day life on the farm.

We ask our guests not to smoke in the apartments or in the main house.

Going on tractor rides, building damns in the stream, games and barbecue evenings in a friendly atmosphere will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. A house museum and a model of the old mill detail the farm's interesting history.

A perfect spot for magnificent alpine hikes and mountain tours. Even Brad Pitt has come here to climb our local mountain (Sadnig 2,745 m). Its summit offers unique views reaching from the Lienz Dolomites and the Grossglockner all the way to the Schober Group.

Here, you can still see the starry sky. The stars appear to be so close that it seems possible to pick them from the sky. In this clear mountain air, you can see the star constellations in the sky or watch shooting stars.

If you are looking for rest, relaxation and togetherness then our Krieglwaldhütte is the right place for you. The rustic hut for 2 people is beautifully situated in the middle of the countryside between woods and meadows. Here you can switch off and enjoy nature to the full. 

The hut has running water and a small wood-burning stove for cooking. The toilet is only a few steps away from the hut and because there is no electricity or WiFi, you will experience a hut vacation like back then.

In our comfortable solid wood ecological holiday home at the edge of the forest there are 2 cosy apartments.

At any season and for every occasion our region offers exactly the right setting to allow you to plan your holiday just as you imagined it.

If you are looking for peace and quiet and would really like to relax, our unique countryside offers numerous possibilities. Walk through untouched forests and meadows and listen to the sounds of nature or enjoy a glass of wine from the area on our terrace while your children are having fun in the playground.

People interested in cultural events also find what they are looking for when visiting the surrounding museums, castles, churches or various exhibitions.
We can also arrange for a visit to a traditional wine tavern with wine tasting and tour of an pumpkin seed oil mill. You can also help on the farm and spend time with the farm petting animals.

Our flower farm is surrounded by meadows and forests at an altitude of 1,030 m featuring a wonderful view of the entire Lavanttal Valley and further to the mountains of Karawanken, Kamnik-Savinja Alps, Hochobir, Mittagskogel and Saualpe.

The town of Wolfsberg is only 5 km from our farm and a 10 minutes’ drive by car.

Children can play to their heart’s content.

An asphalt road leads from Wolfsberg up to our farm. However, there’s no through traffic . The street ends approx. 500 m behind our farm.

Children can move anywhere on our premises, perhaps build a shed in our private forest or put up a tent and spend a night outside in nature. Back at the farm for breakfast, they can enjoy an egg from our hen “Berta”.

It’s not far to the beautiful large lakes for swimming (about 30 minutes’ drive by car).

Set out on a hike up the mountain Speikkogel (2,241 m) directly from the doorstep.

We have cows, calves, pigs, chickens, cats and a dog called Sissi. Pure nature and all kinds of adventure, from our covered pool to our small gym.

Stay in the farmhouse with two holiday apartments on the attic floor. One apartment offers views to the Koralpe from the balcony. Electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, crockery and cooking utensils, bed linen and hand towels are provided.
